Australian Style Shiraz - A robust, dry wine, dark in colour with a rich bouquet of warm berries accompanied by distinctly spicy herbal notes. Australian Cabernet Sauvignon - Australian Cabernets are typically softer and fruitier. This wine shows complex varietal fruit flavours including cherry and blackberry. Available ONLY from the Platinum "Cru Select" list. Barbera - This medium-bodied red is a heady combination of warm fruit and light oak, possessing a dry, crisp finish. Bourgeron Rouge (Red Burgundy) - Traditionally a soft, light, fruity, easy- drinking wine, emphasising fresh berry flavours. Cabernet Sauvignon - Prized for its depth of flavour and aroma, this wine boasts a cherry-currant flavour with herbal undertones, nicely rounded with oak.
